These Terms describe use of the SOB Game Changers website, online registration, member portals, and mobile application (together, the "SOB Platform"), operated by SOB Game Changers LLC.

1. Purpose and eligibility

The SOB Platform helps athletes, guardians, coaches, and staff manage tryouts, teams, schedules, attendance, payments, and authorized communications. Certain features require an approved account and the appropriate role or family link. Parents or legal guardians must provide required permissions for minors.

2. Accounts and security

Provide accurate information, protect account credentials, and do not use another person's account without permission. Access and features may be limited or suspended to protect athletes, enforce these rules, or comply with applicable requirements.

3. Safe and respectful use

Do not bully, harass, threaten, impersonate, groom, send sexual or abusive content to minors, reveal another person's private information, circumvent account restrictions, or misuse messaging and check-in features. Read our Community & Messaging Guidelines. We may review reported messages and take reasonable protective action.

4. Registration, waivers, and program fees

Submitting a tryout registration does not guarantee selection or team placement. Tryout dates, divisions, and program arrangements may change. The separate participation waiver signed at registration governs the athletic risks and permissions described in that agreement. Any applicable enrollment, payment-plan, fee, or refund terms will be provided through the relevant enrollment process; these Terms do not create a blanket refund promise.

5. Photos, personal information, and children

Do not upload or distribute another athlete's private information or identifiable media without authorization. Public promotional use of an athlete's photo or video is an optional decision separate from the sports waiver. 6. Account deletion and safety

Users can request account deletion using the app's Privacy & Data settings. Submission of a request does not instantly delete an account or eliminate records that must be lawfully retained. For an urgent athlete-safety concern, contact the program directly; if anyone is in immediate danger, contact emergency services.

7. Service availability

We work to maintain access to the platform but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features or program processes may change as needed for security, safety, and operations. The participation agreement, fee agreement, or other separately signed documents may add terms for specific activities.
